Bottle Alley Bike Bomb 2017

The Rules.

– Organisers decision is final.
– If you hear a whistle, stop.
– If you go out of your lane, you’re disqualified.
– You have to wear a helmet.
– Start the race one foot on the ground.
– Don’t be an idiot.

If it’s judged by the organisers that it is too wet/windy for head to head competition, the event will be run as a time trial.
We will have some spare helmets for use on the day, but we strongly recommend bringing your own.

Repechage (a.k.a. Second Chance)

You always get two races at the Bottle Alley Bike Bomb. If you loose your first race, you get to go again.
The 2nd round is all the losers. From then on it’s winner stays on.

Volunteers

Bottle Alley Bike Bomb wouldn’t happen if it wasn’t for people volunteering their time to make this event run smoothly and safely. It takes at least 9 volunteers to make this happen. If you’re not racing and want to volunteer then please come and talk to us at the Bike Lab or High Tide Cycles.
